How does it work?
Our Asian Wedding Planners and Event Coordinators will start by doing all the planning legwork for you by scouting potential venues and wedding service providers for you to consider within your budget. This will save you an enormous amount of time and effort.
Once you have chosen from the options available, we will then take care of all negotiations, bookings, confirmations and will begin to plan and implement your wedding day.
Throughout the entire process, our Asian wedding planners will design a detailed wedding plan that ensures no detail is overlooked thus resulting in a stress free, well organised wedding day for you and your guests to enjoy
On the Day Management
In some cases we do get couples that would prefer to organise their own Asian wedding arrangements but require the services of a professional coordinator to over see the day itself.
Our on the day event management package would be the ideal solution for this scenario.
How does it work?
It is advisable to book our on the day event management services at least 4 weeks prior to the function. Once this has been done, our Event Coordinators will discuss in detail the entire Asian Wedding including which suppliers have been chosen right through to the actual wedding day logistics. We will record all the information and if required, make suggestions and tie up any lose ends.
Afterwards, we will take on the role of liaising with the venue's and key suppliers. We will make sure everything is in place prior to the wedding and ensure that all the suppliers are performing on the day so that everyone can relax and enjoy the celebrations without being bothered by the minor details!
Pay as you go Wedding Consultant
Our Pay As You Go service allows you to take advantage of our Asian Wedding Planners and Event Coordinators as and when you need them.
